Returns And Refunds Information
Goshawk has a 30-day guarantee. This guarantee is contingent upon no signs of wear or damage to the item (must be like-new condition when returned). Simply return within 30-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item. Non-standard items, such as holsters with custom prints (Kryptek or limited editions) can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is evident.
Please Note: International orders are not returnable due to the cost of tariffs, etc.
Returns can be processed by logging into your account and submitting a return request.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. However, if the item is found to be defective upon receipt, Goshawk will replace it or credit you the full amount including shipping and handling costs.
Include your name, address, phone number, and email plus reason for the return.
Sufficiently package to prevent damage in transit. Damaged or lost items due to return shipping will void repayment of item.
